  • Developed and deployed a novel image processing pipeline in MATLAB for selection and stitching of 4,000+ images of next generation sequencing chips, fully automating a process previously performed manually (2015)
  • Designed and built software in MATLAB for automation of a high resolution fluorescence microscope to allow for imaging and photography of micron-scale features; led to time savings of over 500% for this task (2014)
